Yee Shun Milk Company has several branches throughout Hong Kong but the one I went to was in Yau Ma Tai, along Nathan Road. Their most famous branch may be the one along Pikem Street in Jordan. It’s famous because it’s a block away from rival shop Australia Dairy Company. Danzai noodles are a specialty of Tainan, and Du Hsiao Yueh has been serving it for over 123 years.
